Digiday Platform Summit

Earlier this month our team was in Half Moon Bay, California for Digiday‘s Platform Summit. It was a fantastic event at a beautiful location. There were a ton of great sessions and ample opportunities to network.

Simplixity VP of Sales, Phil Parrish, said the following about the event:

“Digiday’s initial “Platform Summit” was successful in demonstrating industry challenges amongst the crowded display ad landscape while showcasing unique ad tech platforms that can bring greater efficiencies and campaign visibility to this thriving marketplace. Specific focus was on cross-platform targeting, mobile advertising, leveraging Facebook (and other social channels) for targeted ad placement, and attribution across multiple platforms. My greatest takeaway is the increased focused on cross-platform campaign execution and how marketers will need to adapt their approaches overtime within this component of display campaigns. Though platforms are becoming more powerful and streamlined, many advances still need to be made before we have industry standards for some of the above points of interest.”
