AdReady Transforms Online Display Advertising w/ Launch of Powerful & Easy-to-use Web-based Service

Company’s innovative technology enables businesses of any size to create, run and optimize effective online campaigns

Seattle, WAAdReady, an innovative advertising technology company, announced today that it has launched a new service that enables advertisers to customize proven display ads in minutes and run targeted campaigns across the web. Now for the first time, advertisers of all sizes have the ability to leverage online display advertising easily and effectively to grow their businesses.

With AdReady’s Performance Ad Library, advertisers begin their campaign by creating ads instantly based on an extensive selection of field-tested creative concepts. AdReady then enables customers to run targeted campaigns with publisher partners that include Google, Yahoo’s Right Media and AOL’s Advertising.com. AdReady not only offers detailed reporting on campaign results, it provides insights that allow advertisers to maximize their returns on their marketing dollars in only a few clicks.

"In the past, only major advertisers had the resources to invest upfront in new creative and do the continuous testing required for efficient, effective online display campaigns," said Aaron Finn, CEO and co-founder of AdReady. "We intend to level the playing field—to provide advertisers of all sizes with creative that will deliver immediate results and the tools required to tailor and refine campaigns based on real-time market feedback."

With its public beta launch, AdReady ends a nine-month "stealth" period. AdReady has been honing its technology in conjunction with local and regional customers like auto dealers and elective healthcare providers, as well as emerging national marketers. AdReady’s solution will accelerate the ongoing shift from offline to online channels. eMarketer estimates that businesses will spend $100 billion on local marketing in 2007.

"This is the single most compelling advertising solution I’ve seen in 40 years as an auto dealer," said Bob Bridge, owner of Bob Bridge Toyota Scion, a dealership in the greater Seattle area. "It has changed the way I sell cars online."

"Everybody and his uncle are advertising in real estate, so it’s hard to make display ads pay," said Redfin CEO Glenn Kelman. "AdReady is the only way we’ve been able to make it work, with rapid iterations on different ad concepts, a comprehensive analytical framework for measuring results and the savvy to negotiate the best deals with publishers. AdReady has doubled our ROI in display ads."

"Most companies in the online display space have focused on who sees an ad, and on where they see it," said Greg Gottesman of Madrona Venture Group, the lead investor in AdReady’s initial funding round. "AdReady is not focused on ‘who’ and ‘where,’ but on ‘what’—the ads themselves. This area is ripe for innovation, and we believe AdReady has the potential to build a substantial business by bringing online display success to a broad range of advertisers."

AdReady is also currently testing a co-branded version of its technology that enables online publishers and site-owners to tap the power of the AdReady solution for their own advertisers. The co-branded publisher solution will be available in 2008.
